We are currently hiring for the following position based at our Mill City Grows headquarters in Lowell, MA:

SEASONAL FARMHAND
Full-time, Hourly ($20/hr.)

Start Date: As soon as April 1, 2025, and no later than April 15, 2025
End Date: End of October 2025

Join our team and earn a competitive hourly rate while learning regenerative agriculture skills on our beautiful urban farms. Bonus: you’ll be supporting the community and the earth every day! We are looking for candidates who are driven to provide food for the community, eager to learn and able to adapt to change, and who enjoy working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. This position is an intensive work and learning opportunity for serious candidates, seeking to broaden their knowledge of growing practices, and to trial their potential interest in a vital and fulfilling career. The Farmhand will report directly to the Urban Farm Manager (UFM) and will work alongside other team members, market gardeners, and diverse communities.

Help bring thousands of pounds of locally grown food to our community! Work alongside Mill City Grows farmers and gardeners on a variety of tasks such as planting, weeding, harvesting, building garden beds, preparing food for our Markets, and more!
